The Aegis 9mm is a weapon found in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.
Overview
Singleplayer
The Aegis 9mm is first found in Chapter 5. The gun only appears in Chapter 5 and 7, before being replaced by the Para .45, which is superior in every way.
Multiplayer
The Aegis 9mm has low damage recoil, moderate accuracy and slow rate of fire. It's best used at close range. As of the survival arena update, it costs 1 Loadout Point, instead of 0 as it used to.
Modifications
- Starting ammo
- Reload speed
- Silencer
- Blindfire accuracy
- Clip capacity
Tips
- The Aegis 9mm is a jack of all trade pistol. It is quite basic and nearly all other weapons outmatch this gun.
- The main/only upside to the Aegis is that it cost 0 LP. This is handy if you want another equipment (that cost more LP) but still want a secondary weapon. This was changed after an update, making the gun almost useless.
Design
The Aegis is based on the Beretta 8000 Cougar, with walnut grips.
Trivia
- The Aegis is one of the only two guns (in multiplayer) that cost 0 LP, the other being the Jackal.
- This is Sam's sidearm throughout the game.
