Template:Infobox CharacterAnne Bonny was a pirate captain and one of the twelve founders of Libertalia.

Overview

Biography

Anne Bonny was the daughter of a lawyer called William McCormac. She was known to have a fiery temper since she was young and apparently stab a servant girl when she was just thirteen. She married a small-time pirate called James Bonny and moved to the pirate island of Nassau (between 1714 -1718).

Later on she divorced James and became the lover of pirate captain John ''Calico Jack'' Rackham. She and Calico Jack stole a ship called: The William (with help from Mary Read) which was harbor in Nassau. The three (and their crew) went on many successful raids around Jamaica.

Anne Bonny was captured (with Jack, Read and their crew) in 1720 and was taken to Jamaica to be put on trail. Bonny said that she was pregnant so she wasn't to be executed until she had given birth. There is no historical record on what happened after this and her fate is a mystery.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (2016)

In Uncharted 4 she became a pirate lord alongside Henry Avery and ten other pirates and help found Libertalia. However soon after the construction of Libertalia, tensions grew and a civil war broke out. Like the other captains, Anne Bonny was poisoned and killed by Avery and Tew.
