Caravan is the twentieth chapter in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. It contains three treasures, although the game's chapter select menu lists it as having none. This is because all of the treasures lie at the very end of the chapter and can be more easily picked up at the beginning of the following chapter.

Synopsis Edit

The chapter follows Nathan Drake and Salim on horse back, chasing down Katherine Marlowe's convoy in the Rub' al Khali to rescue Victor Sullivan.

Walkthrough Edit

The chapter opens with Nathan already on a horse following Salim, who will lead Nathan to the convoy. Salim will tell him to save his bullets until he can start the assault on the convoy.

Once the convoy is in reach, Nathan will come under fire from Marlowe's agents, who are either on the back of trucks or on motorbikes. Nathan can jump from his horse onto the trucks and from the trucks onto the horse. The motorbikes can only been taken out by gun fire.

Further along the convoy, Nathan and Salim will come across a truck with a lone agent using an RPG. Once the RPG agent has been killed, Nathan will come under fire from two trucks in front with gun turrets attached. Taking the turret trucks out proceed on horse back and take out the three motorbikes before reaching the canyon.

After making it through the canyon, Nathan needs to jump back on his horse from Salim's. During this part, The Bedouins appear assisting in the rescue and the assult on the convoy. Fighting his way forward, Nathan will reach three land rovers. After calling Sully, an agent will open the door to open fire on Nate. Sully will then kick the agent out the car and take out the agents inside the 4X4. Sully will then jump onto the truck near it (With a mounted crane) and will be attacked by a brute.

Nathan makes his way to the truck to save Sully. Sully will start to lose his grip from hanging on the side, but will be saved by Salim. Following this Nathan will then fight the brute. During the fight, the brute will gain the upper hand. Nathan will then grab hold of the crane jib on the truck to kick the brute. The arm of the crane will swing out and Nathan will jump back on his horse when prompted. The arm of the truck will smash into the cliff side, swinging outwards and pulling the truck over the edge.

After watching the cutscene Nate and Sully are separated from Salim and The Bendouin in a sand storm. Proceeding on foot, in low visibility, agents are scattered around the four trucks, three of which are parked near each other. Take out the agents and brute by the three trucks and then go through the archway.

Once through the archway a gun fight will break out, take out the snipers, and use the RPG's to take out the vehicles with mounted turrets. Once the agents have been killed Nathan makes his way to down past where the turrets were and goes through the door.

Trivia Edit

• The first part of this chapter before the sandstorm is similar to Chapter 21 - Convoy from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.
• This chapter shares the same environmental factor as the Desert Village map from multiplayer.
• This level can often have a bug when played from the 'chapter select' screen. As the player goes to attack the first truck, two of the leading vehicles collide and explode, causing a huge pile-up of exploding trucks. The player can jump back on the horse, but will only be able to keep riding with no end to the level.
