Chloe's .45 Defender is Chloe Frazer's signature weapon that appears in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. It can be seen at the end of Chapter 11 - Keep Moving and at the end of Chapter 14 - Tunnel Vision, in a cutscene after she shoots Lieutenant Draza. A flaming skull decal can be seen on the gun in this cutscene. The decal can also be seen in other cutscenes when Chloe draws the pistol. You can also see the Defender close-up in areas where you need to use Drake's Journal. When you see the icon, equip Chloe's .45 Defender and fire one bullet, then reload and press Select at the same time. If it worked correctly, the gun should still be in Drake's hand while looking at the journal, allowing you to get a close look at it. Also in single player, you can buy the weapon from the gun store and use it whenever you want. It is never seen or used in Co-op or Competitive Multiplayer.

In Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, her 45. Defender is seen once when Nate, Cutter and Sully escape from the old North Atwood Station. When they open the gates to the streets, Chloe immediately shoots the agents behind them and then hides the gun. The gun can be seen in the chapter, As Above, So Below, when Talbot confronts Cutter, Nate, Chloe and Sully before she throws it off the edge.
