Convoy is the twenty-first chapter of Among Thieves. Nate and Elena chased down Lazarević's convoy in order to rescue Schäfer and retrieve the Phurba.
Story[]
Nate aims his weapon towards the first truck he sees.
Once Nate and Elena caught up to Lazarević's convoy, Nate attempted to clear the road by leaping from truck to truck and gunning down the soldiers, while Elena took the wheel and tried to keep up. Nate soon took control of a mounted grenade launcher that a soldier was operating, and cleared the path of vehicles behind him while also protecting Elena from the trucks attempting to ram her off-road. Nate's weapon was eventually blown off by an RPG, damaging his vehicle to where it would explode in a matter of seconds, forcing him to make a desperate leap into the back of Elena's.
The Creepy Old Monastery[]

As they approached the lead car, Nate told Elena to gun it, although a well-aimed RPG disrupted their plan, sending them off the cliff. Assuming they did not survive such a fall, the RPG soldier and his partner drove off. It was then shown that Nate and Elena did survive and were climbing back up to the road. From there, the two saw an old monastery, and Nate insisted they head to it. Through his binoculars, he got a closer look and saw Schäfer being handed over to Lazarević, who also took the dagger. They then knew he was in grave danger unless they could save him.
Walkthrough[]
In this chapter, you will be attacked by a lot of soldiers in moving vehicles, which makes aiming a bit more difficult and ammo not as convenient to come by. Start by eliminating the soldier in the truck you are hanging onto, and then attempt to shoot the ones that pull up next to yours once you climb inside (the soldier's Micro - 9mm is less useful for this than the 92FS - 9mm you start with). Jump over once it pulls up front of you and brake checks your truck, which will cause it to eventually explode. Once safely inside the second truck you can use the M4s inside to mow down the jeep coming up from behind you.

At this point you need to repeatedly shoot down attacking jeeps, although the terrain and everyone's erratic driving make proper hits difficult. Several times your current truck will become damaged, forcing you to jump to another one, which will always have pulled up next to yours. You will eventually reach a split in the path, and your truck will ride up a hill, soon catching fire. Below you will be another truck for you to leap to, containing a mounted grenade launcher. Upon jumping down, Nate will automatically toss the soldier operating it out of the vehicle and take control of the weapon.

At this point the gameplay becomes incredibly easy, as any jeeps are destroyed instantly, even by indirect hits. Also, you can zoom in by pressing 
. Once Elena catches up to you you will also need to shoot down the trucks attempting to ram her, after which you can focus on the jeeps again. Eventually, another big truck will appear and begin ramming Elena's truck. After blowing him out of the way, your turret will get blown off, and your truck will begin to smoke. Elena will pull up alongside your vehicle so that you can jump onto it. This triggers a scene leading to the next chapter; "The Monastery".
