Disruption is a medal kickback available in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. When activated, all nearby enemies cannot see player arrows for 25 seconds. It costs 7 medals. It also gives the strange illusion that you are scoping with either the gmal or the fal. It also distorts and zooms the view. It is rarely used as a kickback among the uncharted 3 community.
