Dutch is a mercenary working for Atoq Navarro who appears in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and the multiplayer of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Edit

Dutch is rarely seen compare to other mercenaries. A few grenadiers can be encountered during Chapter 13 - Sanctuary?, Chapter 15 - On the Trail of the Treasure, and Chapter 20 - Race to the Rescue, supporting other mercenaries in their fight with Nathan Drake and his allies.

Dutch is last seen in Chapter 22 - Showdown, during the final battle between his boss Atoq Navarro and Drake. Dutch attempts to kill Drake by shooting a grenade at some crates near Drake, which almost crush him. He is then finished off along with the last mercenaries who were protecting Navarro.

Tactics and traitsEdit

In Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Dutch and his fellow grenadiers only use the M79 grenade launcher. They often attempt to stay a safe distance away from Nathan Drake, and shoot grenades at him whilst the other mercenaries distract the player's attention from the grenadier. These grenadiers often walks on lower ground than the pirate grenadiers.

Apart from his grenade launcher, Dutch has no other unique traits, having normal combat and agility skills. Dutch and Navarro's grenadiers can be easily defeated by either melee or weapons attacks.

Uncharted multiplayerEdit

Uncharted 2: Among ThievesEdit

Dutch is a multiplayer skin available in Uncharted 2 Mutliplayer. He is available for purchase for free once the player has reached level 70. Dutch is a silent skin, making him a good choise for stealth. He is on the 'villians' side.
