Boosters are a means of gaining an advantage in the multiplayer mode of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.

Similarly to Drake's Deception multiplayer the effect of boosters will change with which rank the booster is at however unlike its predecessor, the boosters in A Thief's End multiplayer do not have to have challenges completed to unlock the next rank, instead the next rank is unlocked when leveling and requires more loadout points than the previous level to use. The higher its rank, the greater its reward. For every booster there are two or three levels that can be unlocked.
