This a long shot and will never probabley happen but here goes what if naughtydog released a patch that for 1 month and 1month allows players to make their own map competitive or co op only 1 choice and when their done upload it and 1 week after the month that persons map will be in the new DLC pack.

Things that should be included

• Hero and Villian spawn points 10-20 limit each
• 3-5 chest limits
• 2-4 power weapon limit
• can add sand or water, snow or rain
• set time of day
• buildings
• ladders
• propane tank
• 2 turrent limit
• Your own dynamic event
• a 2 part map option like airstrip
• water level adjustments
• wall and building colour option,s
• floor couler and type option,s
• can add scratches or bullet marks on objects
• remove Parts of walls building and objects
• furniture option,s ( to make the map more lifelike )
• River or ocean water
• guns to place for co op
• can set climable objects
• can make tunnels under ground
• waterfall option
• great detail
• you can choose the map name
• Quiksand option
• cloud option
• under water tunnels and can add objects under water or on water
• can edit the outside of the map to like mountains buildings cars etc
• lighting option,s for dark or night maps
• map limits( where you can and can not be )
• Plunder spawn pionts
• king of the hill spawn point
• turf war spawn point
• Time before power waepons spawns again
• outside events like moving cars
• add hole,s or blown out parts to buildings and walls
• co op enemy spawn point
• co op siege spawn points
• co op idol spawn points
• co op brute spawn points
• co op grenade spawn points 10 max respawn every 2nd round or when all players die
