Jose is a parrot belonging to Victor Sullivan. It appears once in Uncharted: Golden Abyss. Very little is known about Jose. He was only seen inside Victor Sullivan's bar during "Sticking Your Neck Out".

- There is a bronze trophy called Ruffle My Feathers, which requires the player to tap on him often to hear the eight unique phrases. Jose can be seen in the background during the cutscenes.
- Jose is voiced by Nolan North.
