You should ask User:Samuelcd1997 about that. I know I can either block him or protect the pages, but he didn't really do something wrong; it is his opinion about their roles (though I think otherwise) - he thinks he did something correct.
There is also no official claim that Navarro is the main antagonist, though one gaming website confirmed this - unfortunely, I don't remember its name nor the article's name where the website said that.
As I said, please bring this subject to the B-crat Samuelcd1997.
Whether Roman or Navarro is the primary antagonist has been undecided for a while on this wiki, and I have seen it been changed many times. I think to settle this once and for all, I'm just going to change their pages to say "Antagonist", end of.
There are some aspects on the wiki, like the "Coming Soon" list and the Poll, that have to be updated often. However it is not clear how to do so. I'm not around all the time and therefore sometimes the "coming soon" list can become out of date or the poll old, or lack of new quotes etc etc. Therefore below is a link to the pages for some components on the main page so you can edit them when you want to. Sorry I couldn't say this on the GTA Wiki site, (Still confused at how to used the talk page) I just wanted to know why my Casual Encounters page got deleted. It was for GTA V which somehow got revert to the random characters page in GTA IV. Can you help me with this problem, and again sorry for asking on this wikia site.
I've redirected the Casuel Encounters page to the Random Characters mainly because it is a similar feature and we don't really know about that very much. Once we will have enough info regarding those encounters, I would be happy to revert the redirect.

And you did, for the first couple of weeks. But now you've just disappeared without any warning. I still need help on the wiki and the fact that both of my admins are inactive mere weeks after I appointed them is not great...
I just had a few things to do on other wikis (mainly the GTA Wiki, as a new game in the series was announced), so I just have to clean some pages related to the game.

Don't worry, as soon as I'll finish some issues there, I would return to my work here! Thankfully, I have a friend there who took over most of my works there, so I have only a few things left to do on the GTA Wiki.
I was wondering, that template at the bottom of your profile, could you make one for me/show me how to make one? It would be very helpful for the many wikis I visit.
As for the template: It a long time to create it (5 minutes). You should ask Tom (yeah, he's here, too), or, if you want to go to the original, ask Anon.
Hopefully you have seen my recent blog post on the image policy - if not then please do - but as well as everything in that image, us admins have to help out even more. Note, I have sent the same message to both admins, so you may already know some things in here but this is just one message so you can use it whenever you need it.
One thing you can do to help is go through existing images and make sure they comply with the image policy. This is harder than it sounds, because if you discover an image that doesn't there is a lot to do to fix it.
1. Rename the image
At the top, next to edit there should be a little down arrow. Choose rename and call it an appropriate title (use your common sense whether a new title is needed)
2. Description
Click edit, and you will be taken to a blank page. Create a new heading (heading 2) and then fill in the description.
3. Licensing
Adding licensing to existing images is a bit more tricky than adding it to new ones. Use this page to find all licensing templates you shall need. Click on each and it should tell you how to add it to the page. If not, here are some of the most popular ones (surround each by two { and })

That's pretty much it - if you ever decide to fix some images then simply look at this message and it should help. It is a lot to take in after all. Thanks! Also, don't feel obliged to start doing this right away - just maybe doing a few images whenever you get the time.
I just went over the Harry Flynn page, and while I definitely like the layout and format, it wouldn't hurt for you to proof read the page before publishing it. I noticed quite a lot of typos and grammar issues (mostly with unneeded commas) in the article. I've corrected them, it's just for future reference I think reading over it beforehand will help.
Ok, thanks. I've done Lazarevic and Flynn. Check some of the changes I've made to them (e.g the weapons section) so you can apply them to future designs.
I know it always looks like I'm being criticle but I don't always want to moan. I still think the redesigns are great!
Don't worry about putting that many multiplayer screenshots into the redesigned character pages - I'm gonna be deleting them once I get to them. All that is needed is the multiplayer card from Uncharted 2 and the multiplayer render from Uncharted 3. I know they were already there before, so not blaming you :)
Also good job with the redesigns - they are looking good.
