In the first Uncharted game, Nathan wears a leather wrist cuff on his left wrist, perhaps for fashionable use only. The design on the wrist cuff bears some resemblance to the buckle that he wears in the first game as well, alluding to the crossed swords of the buckle.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and beyondIn the sequel, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Nate wears a different cuff than he wore in the first game. Instead of just an accessory item, he wears a cuff designed specifically to wear with a watch. The cuff's design is a simple light brown cuff with a strap that is buckled at the end, with a watch face in the middle, with snaps on the straps attached to the buckle.
In Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, Nate wears the same leather watch cuff, this time appearing a little bit darker than the previous game, signifying the extended use.
The watch face design is similar to a Submariner watch, with a date magnifier at the three 'o clock position. Though probably based on the Rolex Submariner, the watch case itself has no rotating bezel feature, a signature feature of the famous Submariner style. In the game and cutscenes of both Uncharted 2 and 3, the snaps, buckle, and watch case all appear to be a matte gray finish, though this could be just the lighting of the model itself.
In Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Nate is wearing a watch that is strongly based on a fossil watch, namely the fossil FS 4616. This watch also features a leather band, but the watch itself is black. The leather strap is a lot smaller than the cuff's Nate was wearing in the previous three games.
