Perkins was the squad leader of a group of mercenaries who worked for Olivia Hzujak in Uncharted: The Fourth Labyrinth.
Events in The Fourth Labyrinth[]
Perkin's mercenaries were originally hired by Tyr Henriksen before entering the labyrinth in Nanjing. After being attacked by The Protectors of the Hidden World on more than one occasion, it was the mercenaries' job to deal with them within the labyrinth.
Upon reaching Diyu - a cave in the labyrinth painted to look like hell - the mercenaries turn on Henriksen, revealing they are loyal only to Olivia. The Protectors of the Hidden World begin to attack both sides, and Henrisken escapes with Jada Hzujak and Nathan Drake.
After Perkins is killed by a Protector, Massarsky takes over as squad leader.
