Talbot's drug was used on Cutter and Nate in Uncharted 3. Both times, it proved devastating, as when used on Charlie, he attacked Nate, almost killing him. When used on Nate in As Above, So Below, he ran away from Sully and Elena. Its creation was not specified in the game. This drug is a sedative that leaves the user debilitated causing them to panic at the world around them. He is even capable of bending the will of others, such as when Charlie Cutter gave Talbot his journal and gun or when Nate revealed the location of Sullivan before Marlowe and her agents.

Trivia[]

  • Talbot's drug may be the presumed hallucinogenic substance that Nate drank from the same Ubar water fountain, since in both cases the user is terrified and weakened, even causing hallucinations.
  • The drug is mentioned in the chapter The Grave of Henry Avery of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, while Nate tells Sam about the damage he has received over the years as a treasure hunter, referred to as "sedative".
