The Drowned City (also known as the Flooded City, Flooded Ruins etc.) is one of the main locations in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.

AppearancesEdit

Nate and Elena first 'visits' the city in Chapter 8 - The Drowned City, after escaping from Eddy Raja. The city is then present the next 3 chapters. It is last seen in Chapter 12 - Heading Upriver

It has also been adapted to an Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Map entitled The Flooded Ruins, which was available in the Drake's Fortune multiplayer pack.

Features and Architecture Edit

There is a large customs house near the middle of the city, overlooking the water. It is a large, dome shaped building that is featured in 'The Flooded Ruins' Uncharted 2 Multiplayer map and in Chapter 11 - Trapped of Uncharted Drake's Fortune. Its dull orange roof is damaged and has a large gaping hole in it. The flood of the city has caused a river to form that travels through the middle of what once might have been streets. Plants have grown in and around any houses and many buildings have fallen into despair. Most of the houses are roofed with orange tiles and walls made out of stone.
