The Tranquilizer Dart Gun is a weapon that appears in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves during Breaking and Entering, when Flynn gives Drake a dart gun to use on the guards. The gun has unlimited ammo while Nate is with Flynn, but as soon as Flynn betrays and leaves him, Nate only gets one last shot in the gun.

The gun doesn't appear other than the mission and could only be accessed through cheats. It is the only silent handgun in the game and it has 100 rounds. A single dart will put an enemy to sleep quickly, incapacitating the enemy permanently. However, it is difficult to use because it requires close proximity, has a single dart the magazine, and requires a long reload time. The Tranquilizer Dart Gun can be purchased for 5,000 Dollars in the single player store.

The Tranquilizer Dart Gun will take out Guardians and Heavy Weapon Troops with one shot placed to a prone spot that isn't armored.
