Lots of little news tidbits to round up, so here goes:

• All of you European Uncharted fans that have been dreading waiting an extra 3 days for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception can breath a sigh of relief as today it was announced that the game will release across Europe (including the UK) on November 2nd 2011, just 24 hours after the US.

• On a related note, the multiplayer beta was earlier patched to version 1.04. We hope that you're all enjoying it!

• The movie adaptation of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune has a new director. Neil Burger has been given the green light to write and direct the film after producers reportedly "sparked" to the direction he wanted to take the film in. Let's hope it's away from Mark Wahlberg.
